The Author Prof. Avv. Emilio Tosi with the study on High Tech Digital Private Law highlights the italian and european legal frame on the following key issues:

I - Digital Markets: platformes, algorithms and rules;

II - Person: privacy data protection and digital identity;

III - Contracts: innovation, asimmetries and remedies;

IV - Electronic Forms;

V - Liabilities: technological risk and innovation governance.

The main reference is to italian Civil Code and EU legislation, mentioning also recent Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA) UE Commission disruptive regulation proposal.
