Executive Director  DIRITTO DELLE NUOVE TECNOLOGIE DNT ® STUDI GIURIDICI PER L'INNOVAZIONE ® - a scientific and cultural project devised and initiated by the selfsame in 2003, consisting by a Study Centre and of a Series of legal and technology studies currently published by Giuffrè.

This is a valued and renowned publishing venture at both national and international level. On the Italian scientific scene it is the first Law Series wholly dedicated to systematic analysis of the complex and fundamental relationships between private law and technological innovation in all its derivations and evolutions.

Legal expert for the Scientific Committee of the Postal and Communications Police, established at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Rome, I am a founding member of CLUSIT, the Italian Association for ICT Security, and honorary member of ANFOV, the National Association of VideoAudio Information.

Member of the Steering Committee of the Italian Academy of the Internet Code (IAIC) and that of MediaLaws - Law and Policy of the Media in Comparative Perspective.

Former member and legal expert of the National Biosecurity, Biotechnologies and Life Sciences Committee established at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (2007-2011).

Arbitrator of the National and International Chamber of Arbitration, Milan, and member of that body’s Panel of Experts for the resolution of controversies regarding reassignment of “.it” domain names.

Legal expert and consultant on personal data safeguarding and security, GDPR, digital privacy, private law of new technologies, high tech contracts, intellectual and industrial property, Supervisory Body Legislative Decree 231 and corporate compliance.
