The Research Center Diritto Nuove Tecnologie DNT® - Studi Giuridici per l’Innovazione®  (herein above “Center DNT®”) it has been founded by Prof. Avv. Emilio Tosi  Associate Professor of Private Law University of Milan Bicocca - acknowleged the centrality and pervasivity of digital medium in the social-economic frame even before of the legal issue profile.

The named purpose is to promote systematic studies of complex intersection between law and new high technology of digital information and furthermore ease - in relation with a global phenomenon - different legal frames dialogue, in particular transatlantic legal issues dialogue between UE and USA.  

It promotes Conferences of high academic rank with participation of eminent Legal Researchers, Regulators and Istitution worldwide on issues of high impact both on legal and social-economic profile in the fields of high tech land innovation. 

The Center DNT®, furthemore, patronize  the publishing of the well known and estimated Series of Studies on High Tech Law (herein above, “Series DNT®”) with 21 volume until now edited.  

Executive Director of Research Center DNT®  is Prof. Avv. Emilio Tosi. 

Scientific Direction of the Center is supported by a Scientific National and International Board participated by major legal global experts from italian, european and north american academic and research Institutions.
